Help A Child Trust is currently trying to help Sri Lankan children who are in need of surgical corrections to their cleft palate.
If the surgical corrections are carried out within the first eighteen months of his life the doctors can ensure that he can speak properly. Also he will be able to smile grow up to a young lad! The surgery will have to be carried out in two or three stages each stage costing around USD $1,000/GBP£700. Please help Gihan to have a better quality of life and a future.
